We take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch botanical products. Because our items are cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain strict standards regarding returns and refunds to protect product integrity and customer safety.

 
Cosmetic Product Returns

 

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, scalp, and beard care products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, tested, or altered.

 

If your product is unused and unopened, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The safety seal (if applicable) must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

 

We will review your request and may offer:

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
